The following terms carry the meanings assigned below when used in this Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of Personal Data by the Company in connection with the operation of the mei4d Platform. It applies to:

• All registered Members with an active Account on the Platform.
• Individuals who browse the Platform without registering an Account.

• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction, consistent with financial record-keeping requirements.
• KYC documentation: Retained for the duration of the Account's active status plus five years from the date of Account closure or last transaction, whichever is later.
• Gaming and wagering history: Retained for a minimum of three years from the date of the relevant session or wager.
• Customer support correspondence: Retained for three years from the date of the most recent communication in a thread, unless subject to an ongoing dispute or legal hold.
• Technical and analytics data: Retained in anonymized or aggregated form for up to 24 months; personally identifiable technical data is deleted within 12 months of collection.

Where retention beyond these standard periods is required for legal, regulatory, or dispute resolution purposes, we will retain only the minimum data necessary and will apply additional access controls to that data during the extended retention period.

mei4d implements the following technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and mei4d servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit SSL).
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive data fields — including financial account details and KYC documentation — are encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric encryption.
• Access controls: Access to Personal Data within the Company is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Employee access is logged, reviewed, and revoked immediately upon role change or departure.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): Two-factor authentication is available on all Member Accounts and is strongly recommended. Internal systems holding Personal Data require 2FA for all administrative access.
• Penetration testing: The Platform undergoes periodic security assessments, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing by independent security professionals.
• Incident response: A formal data breach response plan is in place and tested periodically. In the event of a breach affecting your Personal Data, you will be notified as required under applicable obligations.

The mei4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. If the Company becomes aware that it has collected Personal Data from a person below this minimum age, it will immediately close the relevant Account, delete the associated Personal Data, and forfeit any balance in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The Company will respond to all verified data rights requests within 14 business days of receipt. Where a request is complex or voluminous, we may extend this period by a further 14 business days, and will notify you of the extension. There is no charge for exercising your data rights. If requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, the Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request, with written reasons provided.

Certain data rights may be limited where processing is required for compliance with a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or where overriding legitimate interests apply. Where we are unable to comply with a request in full, we will explain the specific reason in our response.

mei4d reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. Where an update is material — meaning it significantly changes how we collect, use, or share your Personal Data — we will provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email to your registered address.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or updates to contact details) will take effect upon publication without advance notice. The effective date and version number displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the current version at all times.
